Unità di spazzolatura stampi su presse per iniezione gomma aventi carico di stampaggio 200 ton. Singolo asse con due spazzole.Strutture fissa e mobile in carpenteria d’acciaio lavorato alla macchina utensile.Salita e discesa dell’ asse guidata da guide lineari a ricircolo di sfere e motorizzata mediante attuatori lineari. Motorizzazione elettrica delle spazzole rotanti con trasmissione tramite cinghia dentata integrata nella struttura. Movimento di spostamento orizzontale guidato da guide lineari a ricircolo di sfere mediate motore elettrico. Impianto opzionale di soffiaggio dello stampo.
